Payment

50% deposit to start. The other 50% when you approve the finished site, before it goes live.

Timeline

The first version is ready about 7 days after the deposit, once you've sent your content.

Changes

Two rounds of changes are included. Extra rounds or new features are $25 an hour, quoted first.

Ownership

Once paid in full, the site is yours. Your domain is always in your name.
